Admission Requirements for Post-Graduate Program
The Master's degree programme is a comprehensive and challenging graduate programme with area specializations. It encompasses the latest research findings, both applied and fundamental. The programme also provides advanced and in-depth knowledge of IT to prepare the students for challenges in IT career. The programme is a full-time course.

Admission Criteria
Programme to specialist in one of these areas:
* Computer Science 
* Computer Technology 
* Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Economics 
 
The candidates must possess: 
(1) A good honours degree with Grade A or B for computer science/technology field (or) 
(2) Diploma in Computer Science (D.C.Sc.) and success of entrance exam for master programme for other science fields listed above.
Programme Structure for Master's Degrees (M.C.Sc./M.C.Tech.)
Students have to attend one year course work and one year thesis work for Master's degree. Students are required to pass all modules in mid term and final term examination for course work. Thesis term resumes continuously after successful completion of course work exam. 
Students are required to fulfill attendance percentage up 75%. Students whose attendance percentage less than 75% are not allowed to sit for the final exam otherwise there is no optional to sit for exam. 

Duration of Programme
The master programme is full-time. One year for course work and one year for thesis work. Totally this programme takes two years to complete.

Graduation Requirement
Candidates must achieve a successful completion of their thesis work and they will be graduated as master's degree.
